Take one capsule per day with a full glass of water, preferably during or just after a meal. If you forget a day, continue with the next - do not take a double dose.

Each pack contains 90 capsules. At the recommended dose of one capsule per day, this is a full three-month supply.

Yes. The capsule shell is made from hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (HPMC), a plant-derived material. Volana Labs contains no animal-derived ingredients.

If you are already taking other supplements that contain the same nutrients (particularly Vitamin C, B12 or Zinc), please check total daily intakes to avoid exceeding safe upper levels. When in doubt, speak to a pharmacist.

Fill in your name and phone number in the order form. A member of our team will call to confirm your order and delivery address. Your parcel is then dispatched and you pay in cash or by card to the courier when it arrives. No upfront payment is required at any point.

Yes. You can cancel free of charge at any time before the order is dispatched - simply let our team know during the confirmation call or contact us by email or phone. If the parcel has already been dispatched, you can refuse delivery and the order will be cancelled at no cost to you.

Yes. Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order to return an unopened pack. Please note that food supplements with a broken seal cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. Full details are on the Returns Policy page.
